Ayi yai yai...

Hello Everyone,

  If I seem scatter-brained during this post, it's because I am. I have another post saved as a draft for the moment but I felt compelled to write this out instead. I think I just have so much on my mind to write about at the same time that it makes it hard to sit and concentrate on just one piece at a time. Ha.

  My last post was "quick" as the title said but probably not really an "update". I won't go into details, nothing bad has happened so don't worry, but my lack of writing up here for you all is because I've been busy and was in a season of transitions. Probably still am but I've been trying to just give it all over to God. He has been faithful to direct my steps. [If you'd like to read my post on "Seasons" Click Here]
 
I'm finding that I'm learning so many new things about myself as a person and also about how I react to certain types of situations. Especially as of late. This morning for instance. I had a situation that made me upset to say the least. I was happy to have discussed it with my Mum and she reminded me that we can choose how we react and that we can't let something minor define who we are in that moment. I realize that she is right.
  God knows us, and those who you have good rapport with know your character as well. Don't allow for someone to cause you to think otherwise of yourself. Don't let it bother you. Pray. Ask the Lord for peace and strength to continue to move forward and do what He has called you to do. Let Him work in others hearts for you.
  I'm not going to say it's easy to do this, what I am saying is that it's possible with Jesus. What a great truth to know.

  So moving on, although things have been quite busy for me lately I am committed to take time to put all of the material I've got swimming around in my head, up for you.

  Now that I've been able to get that small rant/vent out of my system I think I can focus now on some other things that I need to get done. Hooray for the release of writing!
